Absolutely! We have partnered with Australia’s leading payment providers meaning you can Sleep Now and Pay Later.
We offer this interest free service through Afterpay & Humm.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASES?
You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, AFTERPAY or HUMM.
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Unlike a lot of our competitors, all of our products are Australian owned and stocked!
Your order will be despatched from our Gold Coast or Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days
Our Customer Delight team will also send you tracking information so you can track your order right to your door.
Delivery is usually within 5 business days.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY MATTRESS?
We have a number of delivery partners. Depending on the size you order, it could be one of our following preferred delivery providers.
Australia Post, TNT, Fastway Couriers, FedEx or Toll
WILL ALL MY ITEMS ARRIVE TOGETHER?
That depends on what you order.
We have two main warehouses. One in Melbourne and one on the Gold Coast. If your products come from the same distribution centre, they will arrive together.
It is not uncommon for our delivery partners to deliver your goods over separate days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will ALWAYS send you ALL information through that we receive from our delivery partners. However, please note we do not have control over our delivery partners internal systems. On occasion, there can be delays with drivers scanning packages and updating their tracking websites.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Once you’ve reached the checkout stage, enter your discount code into the discount bar and click ‘Apply’. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one discount code is redeemable per order.
CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
It’s not uncommon for your mattress to be on the road within hours of you placing your order!
Once you place your order our system automatically generates a work order to our warehouse or third party supplier. As such, once you have placed your order online, it will not be possible to change or cancel it.
ARE ALL SIZES THE SAME?
Our awesome products come in many shapes and sizes. We stock, sell and deliver thousands of King, Queen, Double, King Single & Single sized mattresses. All of the sizing information is detailed on the product page for each product.
Please note, due to the size and delivery cost associate with our products, we are unable to offer a change if you order the incorrect size. Please contact our Customer Delight team via Facebook Messenger or via Email and we will happily assist with any query you have.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We’ll send you a replacement, and fast!
Simply provide a photo or two showing the defect / fault and we’ll work with you on a speedy resolve.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we are a 100% Australian owned and operated business delivering Australia wide only. Due to the size and weight of our products, international shipping is not an option.
