Drinking Alcohol Or Coffee

This can keep your brain more active and alert. Perfect for the morning, however certainly not what you want as you’re settling down for the night.

Too Much Work

Ever feel that work never ends? If endlessly checking emails in bed has become your routine, it’s time to take back your personal life. The Wrong Mattress

We’re always getting told we use our phones too much and to be fair, there’s an element of truth. Using your phone in bed emits blue lights which is a wave length that will tell your brain it isn’t time for sleep. These means when you do eventually put it down for the night you’ll find yourself struggling to relax. It’s recommended to stop using these devices at least an hour bedtime to help your body begin to relax for night

Of course, sleeping on the wrong mattress could cause problems with your sleeping pattern. If the mattress you own is beginning to get old then it may be no longer offering the same levels of comfort it once did. This can cause back aches and difficulties in getting to sleep. It highly recommended to consider a brand new one if this is the case.
